set of broaches mounted in a holder and ready for
production.
These broaches are sent
to Kingsford Broach and Tool, Inc. by a large automotive
supplier. They are taken apart, cleaned, repaired,
sharpened, and re-assembled for shipment to the
customer.
Once received, the
customer needs only to remove the worn assembly from the
broaching machine and install the re-worked assembly.
This saves the company hours of set-up time and broach
handling. |
